We accept cash, credit card, and Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) insurance. If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, we are happy to provide a superbill, which many clients are able to submit for out-of-network reimbursement, depending on their insurance benefits.

Using collaborative qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-method approaches, we examine power, relationships, equity, and organizational practices to help align vision, values, and community impact.
The Ruby Institute offers community-based education for clinicians, supervisors, leaders, and organizations seeking to deepen their practice while cultivating healing, belonging, and justice. Our trainings are facilitated by experienced educators, clinical supervisors, researchers, and community practitioners who believe that learning is both an intellectual and relational endeavor.
