Conducted a national Delphi Study (Rosewood, 2026) exploring the experiences of Expert Counselor Educators' Experiences navigating higher education while also holding 'targeted' racial, ethnic, gender, sexuality, SES, citizenship, and ability status.

Findings and recommendations contributed to national conference presentation and qualitative study on counselor educators' experiences of reckoning after a rupture and before a repair (Rosewood, 2026)
