About Cost & Accessible Trainings
The Ruby Institute for Healing & Belonging recognizes that attending trainings can be costly. Not only in terms of money spent on the actual training, but expenses associated with it (e.g. losing days of income, coordinating childcare, competing community needs, extra energy expenditure!).
To this end, we are committed to offering reduced rates for many of our trainings. To enable this, we have a community fund which is 100% donation-based that gets redistributed into ensuring access to quality mental health care training. Continuing Education & Training
The Ruby Institute offers continuing education for clinicians, supervisors, leaders, and organizations committed to deepening clinical practice while cultivating healing, belonging, and justice. Our trainings are facilitated by counselor educators, clinical supervisors, researchers, and community practitioners who approach learning as both an intellectual and relational practice.

Learning is a communal practice rather than an individual achievement. Expertise develops through curiosity, relationship, accountability, and sustained reflection. Our work is grounded in the understanding that we are shaped by one another and by the systems in which we live. As relational beings, we are continually navigating structures that both nurture and constrain our humanity; and also, transformation is always iterative. We will continue to learn, reflect, assess, adjust and keep going, guided by the belief that healing is a collective practice, and that none of us is free until all of us are free.
